Katarina Kračun is an attorney specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. Before joining MIJATOVIC & PROVIDZALO, she worked at prominent law firms in Serbia, where she gained significant experience in corporate transactions and restructurings, including mergers, demergers, spin-offs, liquidations, changes to capital structures, and matters relating to shareholders and company members.

Katarina has also developed substantial experience in capital markets, including sovereign bond and MREL bond issuances, share issuances, public offerings of securities, and legal matters relating to employee share ownership plans (ESOPs).
